Terms of Service

1. Agreement

These terms govern access to and use of Zenyto Flow (the "Service"), operated by Zenyto ("we", "us"). By creating a workspace or signing in, you agree to these terms on behalf of yourself and, if applicable, the organization you represent ("you").

2. The Service

Zenyto Flow is project, delivery and service-management software provided on a subscription basis to workspaces ("tenants"). Each tenant's data is logically isolated from every other tenant's; see our Privacy Policy for how we handle it.

3. Accounts and access

You're responsible for the accuracy of information provided when a workspace is created and for keeping sign-in credentials confidential.
A workspace administrator controls who has access to that workspace and at what permission level.
We may suspend a workspace that we reasonably believe is being used to violate these terms or the law.

4. Your content

You retain ownership of the data you put into your workspace (projects, issues, comments, attachments, timesheets and anything else you create). You grant us the limited right to host, process and display that data solely to provide the Service to you.

5. AI-assisted features

Some features use a language-model provider to draft suggestions (for example, ticket triage or reply drafts). These features are always optional, propose-only unless you explicitly grant broader autonomy, and every action taken by an AI actor is attributed, logged, and reversible. 6. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to store or transmit unlawful content, attempt to breach another tenant's data isolation, reverse-engineer the Service, or interfere with its normal operation (including automated scraping or load beyond ordinary use).

7. Availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Planned maintenance is communicated in advance where practical. See our status page for current and historical availability.

8. Fees and cancellation

Paid plans are billed as described at checkout or in your order form. You may cancel at any time; access continues through the end of the paid period. On cancellation, we retain your data for a limited period to allow export, then delete it per our retention policy.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate for the other's material breach that remains uncured 30 days after written notice. We may also suspend or terminate immediately for conduct that creates legal or security risk.

10. Disclaimers and liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind beyond those that cannot be excluded by law. To the maximum extent permitted, our aggregate liability for any claim arising from the Service is limited to the fees paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced through the product or by email to workspace administrators before taking effect.
